• Basically, it is year-round.
• Up to 60 days of vacation are available, although only during the off-season (November through February).

Actual payments vary depending on position, role, number of working days, performance, workload, and other factors. Monthly payments and future income are not guaranteed.

■ Boat license allowance: 2,000 yen per boat operation up to 5 times (500 yen per operation from the 6th time onward)
■ Medium vehicle license allowance: 2,000 yen per driving shift up to 5 times (500 yen per shift from the 6th time onward)

■ Housing allowance: 15,000 yen (when living outside company dormitories)

■ Business trip allowance: 1,000 yen/day for support in other departments or on other islands (500 yen/day from the 7th day onward), etc.

• 2 days off per week (shift system)
  *During peak season, the number of days may be reduced to 6 days per month depending on the store's operating conditions.

• Social security, workers' accident compensation and unemployment insurance
• Paid vacation 10 days per year(Regulation paid vacation rate: 100%)
