✩ Bonuses available (based on company regulations)

• Vessel license allowance:2,000 yen per maneuver up to 5 times (500 yen per maneuver for 6 or more times)

  3,000 yen/month + 1,000 yen per English-speaking tour

• Housing allowance:15,000 yen (if living outside company dormitory)

• Travel Allowance:1,000 yen/day for help to other departments and islands (500 yen/day after 7 days), etc.

• 2 days off per week (shift system)
  *During peak season, the number of days may be reduced to 6 days per month depending on the store's operating conditions.
