Support project to promote decentralization of school excursions
（What is the (Experiential Learning Program)?
For schools planning to conduct school trips to Okinawa in 2024 (October 1 - December 31)
Diversification of visits, meeting places, breakaway locations, transportation, etc." and "Addition of new programs for inquiry learning and SDGs learning experiences."
This is a project to support the costs associated with the addition of new experience programs for school trips that meet two conditions.

Maximum subsidy amount:10,000 yen per person(including taxes)
Subsidy Terms and ConditionsFrom October 1 to December 31, 2024
Subsidized by:
Schools conducting school excursions in Okinawa Prefecture (travel agencies commissioned by schools may also apply)
Grant Eligible Programs:
Experience programs listed in a separate list to be presented by the OCVB
(1) Apply for support using the dedicated application form (before implementation) *Deadline is 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
(2) Screening
(3) Notification of payment schedule after completion of screening
School excursion
(5) Submission of report documents (after implementation)* within 30 days of completion
(6) Report scrutiny
(vii) Payment decision notice *Submit a claim form in the designated form within 30 days of receiving the notice
